(Skill-Based Contest with Free Entry Option)

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

This is a skill-based contest. The outcome is determined solely by judging based on objective criteria—not chance. This Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING OR AFFECT JUDGING OUTCOMES.

1. Sponsor

The RMCC™ (“Contest”) is sponsored by Unity Loot LLC™, a Texas limited liability company, located at:

2. Eligibility

This Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Entries submitted by minors will be disqualified.

This Contest is void where prohibited. In jurisdictions where paid entry to skill-based contests is restricted (e.g., California, Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont), only the free method of entry (AMOE) will be honored. Purchases from these states will receive a contest entry at no additional charge, or upon request, a full or partial refund representing the value attributed to contest entry, if any, as determined by Sponsor.

Any contest entry is provided as a complimentary promotional benefit and is not considered part of the purchase price.

The total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes awarded in this Contest does not exceed $5,000 and complies with contest laws in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. Entries by minors will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Proof of age, identity, and U.S. residency may be required before awarding a prize.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins 8/11/2025 12:00 AM CST and ends on 9/19/2025 11:59 PM (“Contest Period”). All entries must be submitted during the Contest Period. Incomplete, or inaccessible entries will not be accepted and disqualified.

4. How to Enter
A. Entry With Product Purchase

Visit the Unity Loot LLC™ Shopify store and purchase any eligible product(s).

As a complimentary benefit, your purchase includes one (1) contest entry for the current Contest Period unless stated otherwise.

After checkout, you’ll receive a link to a Google Form.

Upload a 12-second gaming clip to YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram (any gaming platform allowed).

Submit a public/viewable link to the clip via the Google Form.

Clips must remain publicly viewable for at least 14 days after the Contest ends and must be in a vertical or horizontal video format.

You may earn up to three (3) total entries per person per Contest Period by purchasing eligible products on the Unity Loot LLC™ Shopify store. Each eligible product purchase includes one (1) contest entry as a complimentary benefit. Contest entry amount can vary by products.

Receipt of a contest entry does not guarantee eligibility or selection as a winner.

Excess Entries from Additional Purchases:
If a participant makes more than three (3) qualifying purchases or submits more than three (3) entries during the Contest Period, only the first three eligible entries received (based on timestamp) will be accepted. Any additional entries will be disqualified and will not improve the entrant’s chances of winning. Excess entries may not be refunded.
The portion of any purchase associated with entries in excess of the three-entry limit is non-refundable, and Sponsor is not obligated to provide any credit or refund related to those additional entries. Entrants are solely responsible for tracking the number of entries they have submitted. Each qualifying purchase includes one opportunity to submit a contest entry form for the next available contest. If the entry form is not submitted by the stated deadline, the entry is disqualified. We allow one follow-up attempt in case of non-submission. If the form is not submitted by the second attempt, the entry will be forfeited.

You may purchase products without entering or enter without purchase (see AMOE below).

B. Free Entry (Alternate Method of Entry – AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, mail a postcard with your full legal name, mailing address, email, phone number, and entry number (1,2, or 3) reflecting the amount you have submitted, and the RMCC™ number – Free Entry on the center and send to:

Postcards must be postmarked no later than three (3) days before the Contest ends (September 16, 2025, 11:59 PM CST) to allow processing time. Postcards received after the Contest ends will be entered into the next contest. Limit three (3) free entries per person for equal opportunity. Each free entry must be on a separate postcard and abide by the rules above. The total number of entries per person—combining free entries and eligible purchase entries—cannot exceed three (3) per contest.

All entries—paid or free—are judged using the same criteria and given equal consideration. Automated or duplicate entries, and impersonation is not allowed and will be disqualified.

After each purchase or free entry, you will receive a link to submit your entry via a Google Form. Each entry must include a separate 12-second gaming clip uploaded to a public platform (YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram).

Entries must be submitted separately for each qualifying purchase and/or free entries.

Entries are capped at three (3) per person, regardless of method.

Free entries follow the same rules as section A.

5. Judging Criteria

All eligible entries will be judged by the Sponsor and/or designated judges during a live Twitch broadcast (UnityLootLLC) using the following equally weighted criteria:

Skill – 25% (difficulty, execution, timing)

Humor – 25% (comedic impact, originality)

Creativity – 25% (concept, uniqueness)

Shock Factor – 25% (surprise or impact)

The entry with the highest total score will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the entry with the highest “Skill” score will be selected. If entrants “Skill” scores are the same then the highest “Humor” score will be selected. If entrants “Humor” scores are the same then the highest “Creativity” score will be selected. If entrants “Creativity” scores are the same then the highest “Shock Factor” score will be selected. If a tie still remains, a neutral third-party judge will make the final decision.

Judges will not have any personal or financial relationship with any participant. A scoring rubric will be used, and all decisions are final.

Judging and winner announcements will take place within 7 days after the Contest Period ends. Judging dates and Twitch broadcast times will be posted on the Contest landing page. If live judging cannot take place due to technical or other issues, judging will occur offline and be recorded for transparency.

During the judging process each clip will be played once and judged after it has finished playing in full. Clips will be viewed without interruption. If an external disruption affects the viewing, a replay may be permitted to ensure all submissions are judged equally and fairly

6. Prizes
Grand Prize (1 Winner):

One (1) custom gaming PC (Approximate Retail Value: $2,400USD).

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, unless required by law or permitted at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

Shipping: Sponsor will cover standard shipping within the U.S. for physical prizes. Winners are responsible for any expedited shipping or customs duties, if applicable.

Tax Responsibility: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Consult a tax advisor. If your prize is valued at $600 or more, it will be reported to the IRS via Form 1099-MISC.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

Winners will be announced during the Twitch livestream and contacted via the phone number provided at entry. Winners must submit a completed Form W-9, a copy of valid ID, and any other required verification within seven (7) days.

Failure to respond or verify in time may result in disqualification, and the next highest-scoring entry will be selected as the winner.

8. Rights in Submissions

By entering, you grant Unity Loot LLC™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, promote, distribute, and publish your entry in any media now known or later developed.

You retain ownership but warrant that your entry is original and does not contain:

Copyrighted music, images, video, or logos without permission

Trademarks or third-party content without license

Obscene, hateful, illegal, or inappropriate content

Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor for any third-party claims related to submitted content. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules.

9. Publicity Release

By entering, you authorize Unity Loot LLC™ to use your name, likeness, username, and submitted content for promotional purposes, including livestreams and social media, without additional compensation—unless prohibited by law.

This includes but is not limited to use in promotional reels, ads, case studies, social media campaigns, website showcases, and press releases.
This release applies worldwide and in perpetuity.

10. Platform Compliance

You must comply with the Terms of Service and community guidelines of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch.

Unity Loot LLC™ is not responsible for entries that are deleted, restricted, or demonetized by these platforms. Entrants acknowledge that posting content to social media platforms is subject to those platforms’ availability, moderation systems, and technical limitations.

This Contest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any platform or video game publisher. All platform trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You understand that you are providing your information to Unity Loot LLC™ and not to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or used in the Contest; (c) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet, or network hardware or software; (d) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Contest or receipt or use/misuse of a prize.

12. Disputes and Arbitration

By entering this Contest, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to this Contest, including but not limited to the interpretation or enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court, in accordance with the following terms:

The arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect.

Arbitration shall take place in Dallas County, Texas.

Each party will be responsible for their own attorneys’ fees and costs, and the parties shall split the cost of the arbitrator and arbitration proceedings equally, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise based on applicable law.

The arbitrator shall have the authority to grant any remedy that would be available in court, except that no class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions are permitted. The arbitrator shall not have authority to preside over any form of class action, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and will survive the conclusion of the Contest.

Opt-Out Right
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice of your decision to opt out within thirty (30) days of your first entry into the Contest. The notice must include your full name, mailing address, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

Failure to opt out within the 30-day period shall constitute your consent to the arbitration provisions.

This arbitration clause shall survive the termination of the contest and shall be interpreted broadly.

13. Privacy

Information collected will be used for contest administration, winner notification, and prize fulfillment. It will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s [Privacy Policy]. By entering, you consent to such use.

14. Winner List

16. Right to Cancel or Modify

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest in its sole discretion due to fraud, technical issues, legal restrictions, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.

If the Contest is canceled, Sponsor will post notice on the contest website and, if applicable, refund any contest-related entry portion of a purchase upon request.

The Official Rules are available here and will remain posted for the duration of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to make minor, non-material changes to these rules for clarity or legal compliance; any material changes will be posted on the same webpage.
