Unity Loot LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to delivering your order with care and transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how we manage order fulfillment, shipping timeframes, and support for related issues.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer economy and standard shipping options. Economy shipping typically delivers within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and the shipping provider.

All shipping timeframes begin once your order has been processed and fulfilled. Please note that all items are printed on demand and may ship in separate packages if fulfilled by different providers.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Our print-on-demand fulfillment is handled through Printify. Tracking information will be provided via email once your item has shipped. Please note that tracking availability depends on the provider used by Printify.

Address Errors and Delivery Issues

If you enter an incorrect shipping address or your package is returned as undeliverable, please contact us immediately at unitylootservice@gmail.com. We will verify the issue and attempt to correct it. If the package cannot be recovered, we will place a replacement order at no additional cost to you.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please email us at unitylootservice@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement order at no additional cost.
